To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, ideally in the Orli pouch provided.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $75, while express options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Orli Jewellery items come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
