At Orli Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and ensure it is securely packed in a protective mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
